Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the Bell, Valet, and Door teams and ensure an exceptional arrival and departure experience. You will partner with the front drive and Front Office teams to uphold Four Seasons standards and manage guest requests in a high-volume environment.

The role requires at least 3 years in a luxury property management role, strong leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management (operational) position in a luxury property.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bell, Valet, and Door teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Schedule staff in direct relation to business levels and labor standards.
• Coordinate arrivals and departures for groups and events.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Guest Relations to resolve guest requests.
• Monitor safety and respond to hotel emergencies and incidents.
