Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-level guest service in luxury hotel settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respond quickly to guest requests.
• Familiarity with hotel reservations, front desk operations and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails with professional, courteous service.
• Provide knowledge about resort offerings, including amenities and local attractions.
• Process in-room dining orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
• Log guest requests and assist with recovery actions when issues arise.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle information with discretion.
