Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer interactions in hotels or food & beverage.
• Strong written, verbal and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional reservations and guest services support by phone and email.
• Offer personalized recommendations and ensure responsive guest interactions.
• Coordinate with team to deliver luxury service and quick recovery when needed.
