Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa seeks an Area Sales Coordinator to support the remote and on-site group sales team for Solage and Stanly Ranch.

This onsite role coordinates daily needs to assist the group sales managers and the area director of sales; including prospecting and qualifying group leads, managing Delphi bookings, advanced planning, site inspections and VIP visits, and collaborating with events and reservations teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting sales or catering teams is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create contacts, accounts and bookings in Delphi.
• Assist with lead entry and management of group bookings and contracts.
• Plan and host group site visits, VIP stays and client entertainment.
• Coordinate with events and reservations teams for site inspections and room shows.
