Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Delphi, Guest Bridge, and Avero systems.
• Fluent in English; multilingual capabilities valued.
• Experience in F&B management within luxury hospitality environments.
• Understanding of multi-line telephone systems and modern communication protocols.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for group dining events and banquets.
• Manage all event logistics: site inspections, proposals, contracts, and coordination with culinary/beverage teams.
• Oversee budgeting, pricing analysis, cost control, revenue tracking, and profitability of group dining functions.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships with exceptional service and proactive communication.
• Supervise and mentor group dining staff on service standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings and dining experiences.
• Monitor post-event feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
