Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa in Florence, Alabama, seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and pool maintenance, ensuring the resort remains in top condition and responds promptly to guest service requests.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and maintaining operating logs to support guest comfort and property integrity. This is a hands-on role in a premium resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Pool & Spa Operations – Balance chemicals and monitor readings for pool and spa
• HVAC Operations – Routine maintenance, filter changes, coils, belts
• Electrical Work – Replace bulbs, fixtures, rewiring
• Preventive Maintenance – System cleaning, inspections, logs
• Service Response & Guest Support – Quick response to service calls
• Compliance, Inventory & Documentation – Safety standards, chemical handling, records
