You will coordinate with sales, hotel departments, and guests, managing the entire event process from planning to post-event follow-up to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Experience needed in Events, Catering, Sales, Weddings Hospitality, and Resort Hotel Experience

Responsibilities

• Event Coordination & Communication: liaison between sales, hotel departments, and clients throughout pre-event, event-day, and post-event stages.
• Client & Guest Relations: manage the customer experience from file turnover to post-event follow-up.
• Event Planning & Execution: lead pre-event and post-event meetings, including BEOs and room block reviews.
• Room Block & Space Allocation: manage group room blocks and meeting space using event tools (eTools, Passkey, etc.).
• Budget & Revenue Management: forecast group sleeping rooms and event revenue, upsell products and services.
• Trends & Innovation: stay current on trends in event management and design, incorporating fresh ideas.
• Quality Control & Feedback: gather client feedback, address concerns, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Sales Support & Site Inspections: participate in site inspections and support the sales process.
• Compliance & Standards: adhere to policies, procedures, and standards related to event management.
