Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly in accordance with service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and guest pathways.
• Assist servers with pre-bussing, water service, and table maintenance.
• Stock and replenish linens, silverware, glassware, and service supplies.
• Support service pacing by ensuring tables are guest-ready at all times.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Transport dirty dishes and glassware safely to dishwashing areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards consistently.
• Communicate table status and guest needs to servers and hosts.
• Support banquet and event service execution when scheduled.
• Handle service equipment safely and responsibly.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and escalate when appropriate.
