Qualifications

  • Experience supporting banquet and high-volume events.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, training, and analytical skills.

What you will have an opportunity to do

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the beverage program across our resort. The Beverage Manager will be responsible for the strategic development, financial performance, operational execution, and continuous elevation of the beverage program across all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, pool and beach operations, In‑Room Dining, and Banquets & Events. This role serves as the property’s beverage leader, creating a cohesive and distinctive beverage identity while driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency. The Beverage Manager balances luxury hospitality standards with strong financial discipline and ensures each beverage experience reflects the resort’s positioning and sense of place.

What are we looking for

Develop and implement beverage programs, standardized recipes, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives that align with business objectives and guest preferences. Partner with Banquets, Catering, Sales, Culinary, Finance, and Purchasing teams to create competitive and profitable beverage experiences for group and event business. Lead beverage training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, service excellence, responsible alcohol service, and team performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and industry partners to secure competitive pricing, training opportunities, and innovative beverage offerings. Monitor beverage performance metrics, guest feedback, industry trends, and operational results, providing recommendations to improve revenue, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Support daily Food & Beverage operations, special events, and peak business periods while promoting accountability, compliance, and operational excellence across the division. Lead and oversee all beverage operations across the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, consistent service standards, and profitable beverage programs. Drive beverage revenue growth through menu innovation, premiumization strategies, upselling initiatives, and enhanced beverage offerings for restaurants, bars, banquets, weddings, and special events. Manage beverage costs, inventory controls, purchasing, and menu engineering to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive beverage, bar, restaurant, or Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably in an upscale or luxury hotel/resort environment.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage operations, cost control, inventory management, menu engineering, and revenue generation.
  • Experience supporting banquet and high‑volume event operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, training, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
