Amangiri is seeking a warm, attentive Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team. This full-time role greets guests, assists with luggage, orients guests to their suites, and delivers amenities with exemplary service. The position emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and excellence.

The role requires strong customer service skills, English proficiency, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Oral proficiency in English.
• High School graduate or GED.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be organized, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Sensitive to cultural nuances and guest preferences.
• Previous hospitality or guest services experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage handling on arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to suites, provide a resort overview and orientation.
• Deliver amenities, packages and guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain bell carts, lobby areas, and Porte Cochère cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist in staging and moving luggage for group arrivals and departures.
• Monitor guest activity to offer proactive support or transportation assistance.
• Support Front Office and Concierge with guest requests and errands.
• Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, layout, and local area information.
• Comply with safety and security procedures while handling guest belongings.
• Uphold grooming and uniform standards, representing Aman with pride.

Role

Amangiri is seeking a warm, attentive Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team. As a Bell Attendant, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay by delivering exceptional and personalized service from arrival to departure. This full-time position requires genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly and assist with luggage handling upon arrival and departure
• Escort guests to their suites, providing a resort overview and suite orientation
• Deliver amenities, packages, and guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of bell carts, lobby areas, and Porte Cochère
• Assist in staging and moving luggage for group arrivals and departures
• Monitor guest activity to offer proactive support or transportation assistance
• Support the Front Office and Concierge teams with guest requests and errands
• Maintain detailed knowledge of resort amenities, layout, and local area information
• Comply with all safety and security procedures while handling guest belongings
• Uphold the highest grooming and uniform standards, always representing Aman with pride

Required Experience & Qualifications
