Job summary

Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah, seeks a Guest Attendant to join the Front Office team. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with arrivals, and escort them to suites, while preparing registration to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Reporting to Reservations, you will maintain clear communication, update guest information, answer calls, and coordinate with Bell Attendants. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the stamina to work outdoors/in varying climates.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest services experience preferred.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in varying climates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with arrivals and escort to suites.
• Prepare registration documents in advance for a smooth check-in.
• Maintain clear communication within Front Office and across departments.
• Record and update guest information in systems and logbooks.
• Answer in-house calls promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Bell Attendants for luggage and guest items.
• Stay informed on local activities to support guest enquiries.
• Attend daily briefings and contribute to updates.
• Maintain a polished Aman Group appearance and standards.
• Assist with additional duties to ensure seamless guest service.
