Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a skilled back-bar bartender to prepare and present both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards. You will pre-batch mixers, stock mise en place, and deliver table-side Old Fashioned service using the Beverage Trolley.

Applicants should have 1 year of bartending experience in a luxury resort or fine dining, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for up to 8 hours, with legal US work authorization

Qualifications

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
• 1 year bartending experience in a luxury resort or fine dining.
• Must be able to push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Fill guest orders and make drinks for servers as a back-bar bartender.
• Prepare all beverages for the dining room with consistent recipes and presentation.
• Pre-batch mixers, prep garnishes, and maintain mise en place.
• Operate the Beverage Trolley for table-side Old Fashioned service.
• Follow state/city alcohol laws and Four Seasons standards.
• Read and prioritize drink tickets to maintain service flow.
• Monitor product usage and complete Liquor Requests; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in beverage trainings and menu updates.
• Perform additional side duties as needed.
• Knowledge of Micros system is essential.
