Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Jackson Hole, WY, is seeking a skilled bartender/ server to deliver an exceptional beverage and dining experience in a luxury setting.

The role requires 1-2 years in a fast-paced high-end restaurant, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and a flexible schedule. You will showcase wine and spirits knowledge, follow laws, and provide detailed guest service in a pristine environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 year bartending/serving experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant setting required.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 40lbs.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
• Take guest orders and describe menu items with vivid descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Provide resort guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service following state and city alcohol laws and FS standards.
• Complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods; provide wine and spirits knowledge in an elegant setting.
• Make recommendations, confirm allergies or preferences, and communicate to kitchen and POS.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs to the kitchen.
• Perform side duties including breakdown, cleaning, and setup of tables and utensils.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the restaurant, resort, and surrounding area.
