Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a skilled Bartender for The McArthur's at Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will craft beverages and food pairings, greet guests warmly, and ensure timely service in a luxury setting.

The role requires experience in high-volume environments, strong knowledge of cocktails, and adherence to safety and liquor laws. The position is full-time, on-site, with opportunities to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience in an upscale / luxury dining environment preferred.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card, TIPS, ServSafe, CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and document drink orders.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes with proper portion control.
• Input orders into POS, balance cash and payments for guests and staff.
• Maintain proper bar setup and stock of beverages, garnishes, and supplies daily.
• Detect and address guest intoxication and comply with liquor laws.
