Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, POS operation, and resolving issues with tact. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and consistent guest care in a fast-paced setting with process-oriented duties.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills to operate a cash register, make change, and total guest checks.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and Point of Sale procedures.
• Ability to effectively deal with and resolve conflict and billing discrepancies.
• Ability to sit or stand and work continually in confined spaces with/without accommodation.
• Strong verbal and written communication suited to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, sincere welcome and listen to requests.
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ring guest checks and process payments correctly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues tactfully.
• Maintain high standards for all product preparation.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and service stations.
• Follow accounting guidelines for payments, receipts, and cash handling.
• Balance house bank at shift end and ensure accountability.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available to work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
