Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and POS procedures.
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Prepare customers' orders as requested accurately and efficiently.
• Ring guest check correctly and close the check to the proper method of payment.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and negotiate resolutions when needed.
• Maintain high standards for all product preparation.
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, stations or seating areas.
• Comply with accounting guidelines for payments, totals, tips, and cash handling.
• Balance house bank at end of shift.
• Be punctual and available to work regularly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
