Qualifications

• Ability to operate a keyboard and POS procedures.
• Ability to effectively resolve conflict situations with customers.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Prepare customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ring guest checks correctly and process payments (cash, credit, house charge).
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile payments at shift end.
• Maintain high standards for all product preparation and sanitation.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
