Job summary

Auberge Collection's Madeline Hotel & Residences in Telluride seeks a Residential Services Manager to deliver exemplary guest service to residents and guide personalized experiences, reporting to the Director of Residences. This high-touch role oversees owner communications, arrivals, and concierge services in a luxury mountain setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, assisting with real estate transitions, and ensuring brand standards and safety across all residency

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgetary analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Owner arrival reports and review arrivals, amenities, and housekeeping instructions.
• Coordinate owner deliveries, concierge services, and reservations (VRBO, pets, skis, bikes).
• Assist with Sotheby's real estate transitions and contract documentation.
• Educate owners on maintaining homes to high standards.
• Coordinate residence meetings with hotel teams and residents.
• Ensure safety standards and alignment with brand residency services.
