Job summary

Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection, Telluride, seeks a part-time Massage Therapist to deliver spa services with personalized care in a luxury alpine setting.

You will greet guests, prepare rooms, perform prep work, maintain sanitation, and promote spa offerings while upholding safety and service standards. A minimum of two years of licensed massage therapy experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist.
• Massage Therapist State License required.
• Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to a minimum of three days a week inclusive of weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to treatment rooms; attend to guest needs during spa visit.
• Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications and maintain property service standards.
• Perform prep work and clean/restock the room as required and needed.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
• Maintain professional ethics and personalize service for each guest.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa areas and equipment; ensure sanitation standards.
• Promote spa treatments, services, sessions, and promotions to guests.
• Attend and support staff trainings and meetings.
