Job summary

Reis Contracting in Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects in Old San Juan. You will coordinate with the site superintendent and management team through all build phases, ensuring quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in luxury residential construction, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to read architectural drawings, manage budgets, and supervise subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of building experience in high-end residential market.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Proficient in understanding architectural drawings
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and managerial skills
• Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
• High attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
