- Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential conflicts early and develop corrective action plans.
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear documentation, accountability, assignments, deadlines, and follow-up.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure that work is properly sequenced and executed.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change documentation, meeting minutes, schedules, and other project controls.
- Review construction documents and identify conflicts, missing information, constructability concerns, and coordination issues.
- Read and interpret complex architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty consultant drawings.
- Coordinate closely with the field team to ensure work is performed in accordance with drawings, specifications, permits, safety requirements, and project standards.
- Maintain strong project documentation through Procore, Bluebeam, and related project-management systems.
- Assist with procurement, long-lead material tracking, subcontractor coordination, and consultant deliverables.
- Monitor commitments and deadlines and proactively elevate issues that could impact cost, quality, schedule, or client expectations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, change management, and cost-control efforts.
- Provide consistent project reporting to Remian leadership and ownership.
