Job summary

Cullen Construction, a third generation residential builder, is seeking a Project Administrator/Estimator to support luxury residential projects from pre-construction through completion. This hybrid role combines estimating, project coordination, and administrative duties, acting as a bridge between clients, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project coordination, estimating, administrative, or client-facing role within the residential construction, interior design, or architectural industry.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-phase construction or renovation projects.
• Familiarity with reviewing construction documents and managing change orders.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and documents to support estimating and planning.
• Develop scopes of work and prepare detailed estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation to keep schedules.
• Oversee change orders and vendor/subcontractor invoices.
• Maintain project records and Buildertrend data.
