Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years leading residential construction projects, high-end experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and client relationships.
• Hands-on site oversight with safety and quality assurance focus.
• Experience implementing process improvements and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for luxury homes and remodels, coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones from start to finish.
• Supervise trade partners to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality per plans and codes.
• Collaborate on permitting, inspections, change orders, and documentation throughout construction.
• Maintain project records, logs, and progress updates using project software; serve as on-site client liaison.
• Review plans and scopes, interpret contracts, and ensure execution of work as specified.
• Manage punch lists, closeout activities, and turnover documentation; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and officials to support delivery.
