Job summary

DMF Lighting is seeking a full-time Product & Sales Trainer in Marketing to blend product education with sales training for internal teams, reps, and customers. You will report to the Sr.

Director of Marketing and collaborate across DMF departments to create effective training materials. Responsibilities include designing and executing training programs, leading live demonstrations, onboarding dealers, coaching sales skills, supporting launches, creating content, and tracking KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven work experience in a technical and/or sales field
• Experience training or coaching sales teams on selling skills and product knowledge
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50% annually
• BS or BA in Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, or Business Administration

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute training programs from start to finish
• Lead live online dealer and rep product demonstrations and training
• Manage onboarding strategy and training covering product knowledge and core selling skills
• Develop and deliver ongoing sales skills coaching and role-play sessions
• Support new product launches and create training materials for launches
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness with KPIs
