Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our West Palm Beach team. You’ll manage daily leasing operations, conduct personalized tours, and help residents find the perfect floorplan while delivering exceptional customer service.

With 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, high school diploma, and knowledge of property management software, you will contribute to a seamless rental experience and participate in community-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, preferably real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customized apartment tours and tailor recommendations to individual preferences.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into showing appointments and leases.
• Manage daily leasing operations and coordinate with property teams to optimize occupancy.
• Support weekend leasing activity and provide exceptional customer service to residents and applicants.
