Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in San Francisco is seeking a Housekeeping Manager at Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square to maintain pristine residences and common spaces for owners, guests and colleagues. You will lead the housekeeping team and collaborate with Engineering and Residence Services to turn moments into memorable experiences.

The role requires prior leadership in hospitality, experience in residential management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a hospitality setting is required.
• Experience in residential management and housekeeping is preferred.
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department to ensure Brand and Luxury Service Standards are followed.
• Supervise on-the-floor operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout residences and public areas.
• Assist in recruitment, training and development of the housekeeping team.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety policies; conduct routine inspections.
