Job summary

Fairmont Heritage Place Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco seeks a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee residences and common spaces, delivering luxury service to owners and guests. Reporting to the Director of Residences, you will collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Residence Services to turn moments into special memories.

Key responsibilities include leading daily operations, staffing, training, payroll and standards audits, while maintaining top-tier cleanliness and guest

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a hospitality setting required.
• Experience in residential management and housekeeping preferred.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skill.
• Highly responsible and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department to ensure Brand and Luxury Service Standards are followed.
• Actively engaging on the floor, closely supervising operations.
• Maintain residences and public areas with the highest cleanliness standards.
• Assist in recruitment, training and development of the housekeeping team.
• Oversee payroll management and monthly department meetings.
