AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager for high-end residential construction in Westfield, NJ. The role oversees luxury homes from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating subs, schedules, and budgets to ensure top-quality results.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on residential construction and project management experience, read and interpret drawings, and manage multiple phases simultaneously while ensuring safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience within residential construction.
• Experience managing high-end residential projects including custom homes, renovations, remodels, or additions.
• Hands-on field construction experience within residential construction environments.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and day-to-day construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, inspectors, and homeowners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead preconstruction planning meetings to address constructability, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control concerns.
• Review project drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and estimates.
• Solicit bids and assist with estimating and budgeting for custom residential construction projects.
• Order and manage project materials, equipment, and deliveries.
