The role focuses on managing all phases from pre-construction to closeout, serving as the main liaison with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years’ experience in luxury residential construction, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Sage 300/Timberline, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods across multiple trades.
• Proficiency in Sage 300/Timberline, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and teams with precision and professionalism.
• A can-do attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction through completion and closeout.

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project budgets, financial reports, and schedules.
• Review and approve subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders; oversee requisitions and cash flow.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and design intent are maintained.
• Lead weekly meetings with clients and project teams; prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents, fostering professional growth and accountability.
• Coordinate project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and Owner’s Manual delivery.
• Uphold the company standard of professionalism and craftsmanship throughout every phase of the project.
