Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Irvine, CA to support high-end residential projects from planning through closeout. This onsite role ensures schedules, permits, inspections, and documentation stay on track while collaborating with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in construction coordination, strong Excel and construction management software skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks or Procore.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction coordination, project engineering, or project administration experience.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and trades.
• Experience managing permits, inspections, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel and construction management software.
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Procore preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Track project schedules, milestones, permits, inspections, and deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and project files.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support budgeting, invoice processing, change orders, and expense tracking.
• Assist with permit applications, approvals, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in planning and design meetings.
• Conduct quality control reviews and identify issues before they impact schedules.
• Help improve workflows and project processes.
