Job summary

Guardian Service Industries is seeking experienced Concierge for luxury residential communities in Washington, DC area. The role focuses on delivering excellent member service, maintaining professional relationships, and running a high-energy front desk.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior residential concierge experience.
• Experience with 250+ units is desirable.
• Familiarity with property management software (Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata) preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service at the front desk for luxury communities.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents and staff.
• Run the front desk efficiently and handle guest inquiries.
• Support problem solving and guest service initiatives.
• Submit reports and logs using computer systems.
