Job summary

The Delaney at The Vale, by LCS (Life Care Services), is seeking a Luxury Hospitality focused Residential Experience Concierge. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism, serving as the first face visitors see daily.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm. Salary starts at $25-$27 hourly with comprehensive benefits including 401k, health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and Daily Pay. Join us to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in a luxury property customer-facing role.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipate needs of residents.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational & resident needs.
• Accept and log delivery packages; notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
