The Delaney at The Vale is seeking a luxury Hospitality focused Residential Experience Concierge to welcome residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and service providers with warmth and professionalism. You’ll be the first face visitors see daily, helping create a welcoming community experience in a premium setting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm with starting pay of $25–$27 per hour. Benefits include 401k with employer matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid

Formación

• Experience in a luxury property customer facing role is preferred.
• Strong telephone communication skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipate needs of residents and guests.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a professional manner.
• Accept and log delivery packages, notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders and assist the Business Office Manager.
• Take on other assignments as needed.

The Delaney at The Vale is recruiting for a luxury hospitality focused Residential Experience Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Salary: Starting at $25-$27 hourly

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in a luxury property customer facing role
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Tech Savvy
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
