The Delaney at The Vale is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge in Woburn, MA to warmly welcome residents, guests, and vendors each day. You will be the first friendly face visitors see, ensuring a professional and caring environment.

This part-time role runs Saturdays 7am-3pm and pays $20–$24/hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, PTO, and Daily Pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues raised by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational objectives and individual needs.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipts in log book, and notify the resident of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

The Delaney at The Vale is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Schedule: Part-time opportunity, Saturday 7am-3pm

Salary: $20-$24/hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
