Job summary

The Delaney at The Vale in Woburn, MA is seeking a hospitality focused Concierge to welcome residents, guests and vendors with warmth and professionalism. You will be the first face visitors meet each day and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

This part-time role schedules Saturdays 7am-3pm and pays $20–$24 per hour. Responsibilities include answering calls, processing deliveries, creating maintenance work orders, and supporting the Business Office on projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
