Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) seeks a polished Concierge for a luxury multifamily community in Austin. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage access, and respond to daily requests with discretion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or concierge experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role supports a high-touch resident experience with a focus on privacy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
