You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while upholding privacy and exceptional service.

The role requires strong customer service, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality or concierge preferred.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle high-touch service.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and vendor access coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and resident privacy at all times.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve resident experience.
