BRAVAS in California is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional client experiences through expert service, troubleshooting, and system maintenance on luxury residential projects.

You will diagnose and repair smart home systems, configure networks and control systems, and coordinate with the service team to ensure flawless performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of residential A/V or smart home installation experience.
• Strong understanding of A/V, security, lighting, and home automation systems.
• Ability to read home schematics, plans, and CAD drawings.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and client services skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; security license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair installed smart home systems across luxury residences.
• Configure, program, and troubleshoot networks, control systems, A/V, and surveillance.
• Use remote access tools to repair network-based systems.
• Set up remote monitoring platforms and enroll clients in appropriate support plans.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to track issues and document resolutions.
• Communicate with manufacturer tech support when needed.
• Manage parts, track orders, and ensure timely repairs.
• Suggest system upgrades or replacements and share with the team.
• Maintain accurate work orders, time entries, and job costing.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
