Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a service-driven Reservations Agent for Naples Grande Beach Resort. As a first contact, you will process requests to ensure a smooth guest journey from inquiry to arrival.

You will work with Front Office and Revenue Management to maximize satisfaction and revenue, using Opera Cloud and other systems. Previous luxury hospitality experience is a plus; training is provided; weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel or reservations experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a warm, professional approach.
• Ability to learn reservation systems and technology.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations.
• Identify guest needs and recommend room types, rates, and packages.
• Verify availability and clearly present options to guests.
• Explain deposits, cancellation policies, and terms clearly.
• Enter and maintain guest data in the reservation system.
• Upsell premium rooms, suites, and experiences.
