Job summary

Rebag in Orlando is seeking a Sales Floor Associate at Millenia to deliver an elevated customer experience. Build rapport, capture leads, and convert with a charismatic presentation of our products while supporting the sales team.

You will help educate customers about resale, stay organized, and contribute to store goals. The role requires energy, teamwork, and a passion for fashion, sustainability, and exceptional service, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail or concierge environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and peers.
• Passion for fashion and sustainability with a guest-obsessed mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest degree of customer service and provide an elevated experience.
• Strive to meet/exceed personal, category and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Build client relationships to support new client acquisition and retention.
• Act as a brand ambassador representing Rebag and the store.
• Communicate product and customer feedback to management.
• Support product launches, client service and selling initiatives.
• Participate in regular training on product knowledge and arrivals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of trends and designers/brands.
• Ensure store standards for visual merchandising are met.
• Handle stock operations, processing and online orders.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain Rebag Bar philosophy.
• Perform store maintenance and assist with ad hoc requests.
• Be flexible with hours, including weekends and evenings.
