Job summary

Rebag in Arcadia, CA seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to welcome guests, educate them on Rebag’s Clair Technology Suite, and guide them through the resale journey with warmth and expertise. You will engage Mandarin-speaking clients, assess interests, and schedule appointments, delivering a best-in-class luxury shopping and selling experience on the sales floor and via Rebag’s CRM platform.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin for client service and Mandarin-speaking guests
• Experience on the retail sales floor in luxury or resale environment
• Interest in fashion, sustainability, and luxury goods
• Comfortable with high-touch customer interactions and upselling
• Ability to lift boxes and merchandise as needed
• Legal right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Engage clients warmly, promptly and personally to open conversations
• Understand guests’ backgrounds and passions to build a profile
• Educate and excite guests with tailored experiences based on interests
• Collect contact information and schedule appointments for identified clients
• Provide high-level customer service to current and future clients
• Follow up with customers via Rebag’s CRM to build rapport
• Consult on item values using Rebag’s Clair Technology Suite
• Aim to meet monthly sales targets
