Job summary

Cartier, Orlando, FL, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional luxury retail service and drive sales while managing client relationships. You will participate in daily boutique operations, contribute to events, and support after-sales needs to ensure a world-class customer experience.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail or service, strong product knowledge, and the ability to greet and assist clients with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to engage clients and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for every client.
• Assist and support after-sales clients; participate in daily boutique operations and events.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships with CRM initiatives.
• Understand security and operational policies and assist with boutique setup and maintenance.
