Job summary

Rebag, the luxury resale innovator, seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to warmly engage clients and deliver an immersive store experience. You will educate guests about Rebag, build profiles, and tailor experiences based on their interests and ownership of luxury items.

You’ll assist Mandarin-speaking clients, leverage Clair Technology Suite and CRM to personalize service, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets at our Arcadia, CA boutique. Weekend/evening availability is required.
