Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead mechanic experience in a hotel or related field.
• Stationary Engineer license where required by local regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering operations and maintain property systems to high safety and performance standards.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and asset preservation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including ADA and safety requirements.
• Supervise engineering staff, provide training, and manage scheduling and budgets.
