Job summary

RHO Residential LLC in Clifton, NJ is seeking a full-time Porter to assist the maintenance team in maintaining the community’s safety and comfort. You will perform assigned duties promptly and professionally to ensure a clean, well-kept living environment for residents and staff.

No prior experience required; candidates must read and write English fluently and can perform basic math. You should be able to arrive within 30 minutes of the site and be prepared to use janitorial and maintenance

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
• No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community offices, models, and common areas in a neat and attractive condition.
• Keep grounds including sidewalks and exteriors clean and presentable.
• Receive and enter Work Order requests from residents.
• Assist in making vacant apartments rent-ready promptly.
• Compact and remove trash and debris from the community.
• Perform snow removal tasks as required (shoveling, salting, etc.).
• Deliver notices to residents and transport small equipment between departments.
• Assist with setup of tables and chairs for events.
• Be punctual and reliable; follow supervisor instructions.
