Job summary

Kasu Resorts is seeking a highly organized Property Operations Lead to support daily operations across Florida, North Carolina, and Texas, with base in Hamilton, Ontario. You will oversee guest experience quality, coordinate vendors, and ensure properties are guest-ready from onboarding to ongoing maintenance.

You will lead audits, coach teams, manage maintenance projects, and drive improvements in operational processes while reporting to the Director of Hospitality Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, short-term rentals, operations, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, maintenance, or property-related projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to work from the Kasu Resorts office in Hamilton, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries in the inbox and maintain timely, professional communications.
• Review guest messages and team execution for quality and consistency.
• Provide real-time coaching when service standards are not met.
• Monitor upsell sequences and help refine messaging while preserving strategy.
• Coordinate vendor and maintenance activities to keep properties guest-ready.
• Escalate issues involving financial, safety, or brand risk and drive resolution.
• Regularly audit guest messaging, automations, and turnover docs for quality.
• Coordinate quality checks with vendors to meet Kasu Resorts standards.
• Identify recurring issues and gaps in quality control.
• Assist in onboarding and launch of new properties.
• Manage preventative maintenance scheduling across portfolio.
• Source vendors for larger projects and gather quotes.
