Qualifications

• 10 years of luxury property management or hospitality experience, single or multi-site.
• Experience leading large teams and delivering results in high-end properties.
• Strong communications and stakeholder influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development — set goals, direct priorities, coach staff.
• Operational Oversight — manage leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and office operations.
• Financial & Community Stewardship — manage accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Compliance Administration — ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
• Vendor & Contract Management — review contracts, bids, and COI expirations.
• Capital Project Coordination — support renovation and turnover projects with design/construction teams.
• Resident Engagement — maintain visible presence, resolve concerns with empathy and luxury service.
• Communication & Reporting — provide regular property updates to leadership.
