Olympus Property in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Business Manager (Property Manager) to lead property operations, budgets, and vendor relations. You will oversee a team, drive resident satisfaction, and collaborate with regional leadership to hit annual goals.

The role requires at least 2 years of multifamily property management experience (Luxury A-Class preferred), proficiency with RealPage/Knock/Onesite, and a proven ability to manage finances, marketing, leasing, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily property manager experience; Luxury A-Class experience preferred.
• Experience with RealPage/Knock/Onesite software strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the financial performance of the property, including rents, occupancy and expenditures.
• Oversee operations of office and maintenance staff and coordinate with Regional Leadership.
• Bidding, negotiating and managing vendor service contracts and projects.
• Monitor monthly performance, budget forecasts, and reporting.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and occupancy through effective leasing and retention programs.
• Provide direction and oversight to staff, training, and development.
• Ensure buildings and units are in market-ready condition and conduct regular inspections.
