Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Luxury A+ class property experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, including rents, occupancy and expenditures.
• Manage and train onsite staff and foster vendor/partner relationships.
• Prepare annual asset plans and budgets; monitor performance vs. targets.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure property meets market readiness and safety standards.
