Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management maintenance or equivalent.
• All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, HVAC, plumbing, energy management systems, lighting.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests.
• Diagnose defects and perform repairs following safety standards and codes.
• Make-ready vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Monitor and replace lights, repair windows, latches, doors, fixtures, and appliances.
• Move heavy items safely and perform routine maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with vendor coordination and inspections.
• Document work thoroughly to track service requests and safety compliance.
